If a Video hasn't been tagged yet, please take the the time to add tags. Only members can tag.

Please tag in such a way that will help WiiHD show people related videos. Choose tags from these groups 1) type of video (montage, game, glitch or howto), 2) the weapon (smg, hmg, shotgun, handgun, sniper, grenade), 3) map (City, Sewers, Port, Base, Monastery or Village) and 4) Game type (DM, TDM, CTF) and 5) the persona of the maker or featured player.

Once this is tagged, we will use those tags to help viewers find similar videos. So be sure to only use the tags listed above. If you make up your own or misspell them, or use different abbreviations, our software won't match them the right videos. You do not have to choose from each group, but the more groups you choose from, the better matches we get. If more than one weapon is featured, feel free to list them all (space permitting). If no weapon is featured, feel free not to list any. If multiple maps are featured, feel free to list them, if all or almost all are in the video, feel free not to tag for maps.

If you have questions about tagging, please ask below.

You no longer submit MoHH2 videos to me. We have a new site at wiihd.fortunz.com/video where you can submit videos yourself.

You need the Embed Code, the title of the video and a description of the video. The submit form is in the top right-hand corner of the page. Put the title of the video in as it says, hit submit, and then paste the embed code where it tells you to, and then post the description where it tells you to. Save it, and your video is listed.

Users can then tag and rate and comment on your video, and highly rated videos could be featured on the WiiHD blog.

I'm beginning a clan listing at my site, WiiHD, to focus specifically on serious Wii clans like the ones found here at gamefaqs. Listed clans will also be eligible for entry into featured clans posts on my blog (WiiHD currents) consisting of interviews and Clan War coverage.

Most of the clans here will automatically qualify, but not just anyone will be listed. That means your clan won't be crowded out by clans that don't even play anymore, or clans whose only member is their leader.

To be considered, fill out the questionnaire below. Only the final question is required, but you are encouraged to answer the rest to give applicants more information about how your clan rolls. It can be submitted in this thread, or at the blog, but submissions will only be accepted from the clan leader. It can be written by or contributed to by anyone, but the clan leader has to submit it.

Clan Wars Questionnaire Who are some of your best players and what is their specialty? Can you describe one (or more of your favorite clan war(s) or scrimmage(s)? Does your clan use Voice Chat, and if so, What kind? Is it required for membership? Who is your favorite clan to play against? Why? What do you like most about MoHH2? Does your clan participate in other games, like MKWii or SSBB? What Wii title is your clan most looking forward to? What features would you most like to see in future online games? What genre of online Wii games would you most like to see expanded? Please ask yourself any question(s) here you feel I should have asked, and answer them. Make a pitch for someone to join your clan. Please include links to your site, chatbox and anywhere else you'd like potential members to have access to.

The single best system for FPS, the Wii, has the worst FPS library of any console. Even the DS has higher hopes with online Prime hunters, and the promise of a parallel COD4 title.

However, Free Radical reports that it hard at work on Timesplitters 4. This combined with one Free Radical team members comments about the Wii and FPS are encouraging. No systems have been confirmed yet.

Timesplitters could finally be the FPS that has it all. Coming from members of the team that brought you Goldeneye, the franchise provides tight controls, fun and solid multiplayer. If they make it right, tailor a Wii version with all the best control lessons learned this past year, and make it online, it could be the must-buy FPS for the Wii, and give Wii360 owners a reason to dust off their wiimote.

In preparation for Heroes 2, I've bought and am playing Vanguard through right now. It's not a series I would normally buy, but since Heroes will be the first online FPS on the Wii, it's got my interest.

Controls:
Love the About Face move. For people who haven't played, a quick left jerk with the nunchuck instantly turns you 180*. Haven't had a chance to use it in multiplayer yet, but one of my biggest complaints about Red Steel multiplayer was turning time. Someone gets behind you, you're toast. You practically have to strafe with your back against the wall if you're playing someone smart.

Not all of the motion controls are as responsive as I'm used to. I tend to reload using wiimote.two just to avoid a problem. I also use c and Z for crouching and rising.

Also unlike Red Steel, there was NO pointer jumping. Huzzah!

As to Iron sights, where you bypass the on-screen reticule to snipe using only your gun's built-in sights, it has ups and downs. One up is that it makes every gun a little more unique. Learning the sights on one weapon doesn't really tell you about the sights on another. One down is that it makes all the guns a little more different—do you really want to relearn how to snipe every time you get stuck with a weapon you don't like anyway? It'd be different if you got to choose your loadout. Iron sight leaning is awesome, and makes cover more useful and more realistic. Your imbecile fellow soldiers who keep jumping in your sights right before you have a shot and move you while you're trying to aim are not so awesome.

Atmosphere:
I guess this is why people buy these sorts of games. Trying to get the feeling of being there, or at least all the feeling that doesn't include mortal terror at your own impending death. The addition to Vanguard was the paratroop sequence. It's nice, and Airborne (not coming to the Wii) will take note of that and expand on it to make it more real and more useful, but it's also short and small part of the whole game. Airborne makes sense to me, in a "Why make that game" kind of way. Vanguard doesn't. It's hook is too limited, and it's too much like any old WWII fighting game. Vanguard should have been Airborne.

I've enjoyed it. It isn't perfect. Even with About Face, tighter turning control would be appreciated. Button-remapping would be nice. A lot of it is what I expect virtually every other MoH game has been, which is expected out of such a prolific franchise. Sadly, I expect Heroes 2 adds little to that, though Airborne would have.
